<p>Chili Pepper</p>
<p>The specific country of origin of the chilli pepper is unknown to this day. It is clear though that from the time of the Spanish and Portuguese explorers to this day, chili peppers have become one of the most sought after spices.</p>
<p>Chili peppers come from several pepper species with varying intensities of hotness and flavor.  A chili pepper&#8217;s hottness can range from the slightly sweet bell pepper or from the completely mild to the extremely hot habanero. Other chili pepper types include poblano, chipotle, ancho, cayenne, tabasco and pimiento. Chili peppers get their distinct taste from the chemical capsaicin which is naturally resistant to both freezing and heat. Today, people can get their chili kick from related products like chili powder, chili oil and dried chili. Some vegetarians however would understandably still prefer fresh chili peppers for a good vegetarian chili recipe.</p>

<p>Those who are in the habit of feasting on a good vegetarian chili recipe would be happy to know that every vegetarian chili recipe has great health benefits. One of the major benefits of a vegetarian chili recipe stems from the antioxidant content of chili peppers.</p>
<p>Chilies are known to have carotene and vitamin C which are potent natural antioxidants that help fight free radicals. Free radicals are rouge unpaired molecules that may build up due to oxidation and cause cell damage by stealing healthy molecules to pair with. These free radicals may be the cause of various illnesses including cancer. The vitamins in a vegetarian chili recipe neutralize free radicals by pairing with them.</p>
<p>A very popular health benefit enjoyed by vegetarian chili recipe lover would be the capsaicin, a natural pain reliever. A vegetarian chili recipe with enough capsaicin can diminish substance P which is responsible for sending pain signals. Capsaicin in a pure vegetarian chili recipe can decrease the sensation of pain without making a person loose complete sensitivity.</p>
<p>Until now, studies for health benefits a vegetarian chili recipe are still being conducted. Experts are looking into the possibility that chilies can help improve digestion and metabolism, improve appetite, decrease levels of bad cholesterol and improve blood circulation. Many of those have tried all the recommended abs best exercise from all source of information.  In the internet alone, you can find thousands of links about this topic.  There are more than enough of the types of abdominal exercises to choose from.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s with the abs anyway?  The reason why many people target the abdominal area in routine exercises is because this is where the human body stores excess fats.  Every person on earth needs fat.  But to have too much of it is unhealthy.  So the never ending pursuit of getting rid of unwanted fats in your body becomes a big deal.  Now the argument is that if there are excessive fats in your system, you have to get rid of it.</p>
<p>As there are many types of abs best exercise being claimed in the media today, not all of them may work for you.  In fact, you don&#8217;t need to try all of them.  Just choose the ones that you think are easier and manageable.  Read the step by step methods in each exercise to know which ones are easier.  The bottom line is to get those muscles working in your tummy.</p>
<p>Albeit there are several exercises you can try out, some would most likely be more effective than others.  Surprisingly, the traditional crunch isn&#8217;t the abs best exercise at all.  Below are three most recommended but you may only need one or two to go.</p>
<p>- Doing Captain&#8217;s Chair.  This is done by balancing your arms with two horizontal supports in a frame.  An improvisation is by fastening these supports to a wall.  Of course it follows that these must be able to carry more than just your weight.  Then you bend your legs up to your abdominal area.  This is similar to how you would do a leg raise with folded knees, except that you are doing this vertically straight up.  Check out some websites on how this is done properly.</p>
<p>- Bicycle Exercise.  Specific abdominal muscles are targeted when doing this exercise.  Generally this is done by lying face up with your body positioned as how the traditional crunch is done.  When doing this, you will be moving your legs just like how you would ride a bicycle.  Hence its name.  This exercise is also considered an abs best exercise because particularly works for the rectus abdominis and the oblique muscles.</p>
<p>- An Exercise Ball Crunch.  Another effective abs workout is this one.  Although you need to buy an exercise ball to do this.  It&#8217;s a flexible rubber sphere that looks like a very huge balloon.  You do the exercise by resting your lower back and have your feet rest on the floor.  Then you do the abs crunch.  This type also targets the rectus abdominis.  A lot of pictures are also available for better illustration.</p>
<p>Many people get obsessed about getting the six-pack abs.  A lot of them get discouraged.  Even a lot more give up.  Flattening your abs requires discipline including your lifestyle.  Yes, that is correct.  Your lifestyle and that includes getting your habit for the abs best exercise regularly with proper diet.  And while it is true that it requires hard work and the right mind set, all of these exercises only work if done repetitively.  Great abs never happens overnight.</p>

<p>In order to place the absolute best trampoline on your property, every owner should make sure the land is even in some way.  If the land is uneven it could prove to be a hazardous condition to anyone hoping to improve their trampoline fitness.</p>
<p>If the jumping surface of the trampoline is not level, the trampoline will tend to tip, rock, or slide when someone is jumping on it creating a dangerous situation. This situation can and must be avoided by adjusting the height of the ground where the trampoline is resting</p>
<p>It is possible to set up a trampoline on a slope. Your yard may be such that this is a necessity.  If you&#8217;re faced with this situation the best approach is to dig a trench or holes where one or more of the trampoline bars or legs will sit, thus giving the trampoline a level surface once set up.</p>
<p>If you can&#8217;t or don&#8217;t want to dig you can always raise the earth under one or more legs. This will of course have the same effect in leveling out the trampoline surface. This can be a more difficult approach plus raised earth tends to provide less stability than can be achieved through digging.</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve set up the trampoline properly it&#8217;s time to have some fun and get in shape at the same time. Trampoline work stimulates the lymphatic system and thereby helps protect the body from viruses and other causes of illness. It&#8217;s also a super way to start getting into good physical condition and getting used to regular workouts.</p>
<p>When you get started, find a few simple exercises to help you condition your body. Three very good ones are the toe touch, pike, and super jacks. They&#8217;re easy to learn and fun to do. The toe touch, which can be done even if others are on the trampoline with you, consists of touching your toes three times while airborne. This is great for your midsection and stretches your muscles as well.</p>
<p>Pikes and super jacks are more difficult so will probably take some time to learn to do them properly. These two exercises should be performed with no one else on the trampoline. In the pike, you jump and pull your legs in front of you three times before landing. This exercise requires good height and coordination as well as being quite strenuous. Super jacks consist of jumping and doing three jumping jacks in the air, again before landing and also require height and good coordination.</p>
<p>A couple of final thoughts. Serious injury can occur if landing on the side of the trampoline or missing the trampoline surface completely. It&#8217;s recommended that your trampoline be installed with a safety net to prevent this type of injury. Another good piece of advice is to stretch before beginning your trampoline exercises.  Like any other physical activity, stretching will improve your performance and lessen the chance of muscular injuries.</p>

<p>In order to get a shredded six pack, you must train and sculpt your abdominal musculature with effective ab exercises.  But that&#8217;s only half the battle!  </p>
<p>To unveil your newly cut up stomach, you must also lose the layer of stomach fat that is laying on top of your abs.  The good news is that some exercises accomplish both (ab sculpting and fat loss).  The exercise that I&#8217;m going to show you in this article is one of these great and highly effective movements.</p>
<p>Most commonly performed ab exercises train the muscles in your midsection but do nothing to cause a fat loss effect.  I prefer to use ab exercises that cause a fat burning effect, in addition to training the abdominal musculature directly.</p>
<p>I will now teach you an incredibly effective exercise that provides you with the dual effect that we spoke of above.  This ab exercise is named the Parallel Bar Knee Raise.  This is an awesome exercise but I must give you a fair warning.  This is an advanced and relatively difficult to perform.  You must have a reasonable amount of upper body strength before attempting it.</p>
<p>Parallel Bar Knee Raise- With locked elbows, support your body on parallel dip bars.  Keep your upper body as upright as possible.  Flex hips to a 90 degree angle.  This is the starting position.  From this position, bring knees up to chest and contract your abs.  Return to starting position and repeat for the prescribed number of reps.</p>
<p>As I have mentioned, this is an advanced exercise.  If you are unable to perform this exercise properly, I recommend starting off with less difficult exercises in order to achieve a solid base of required strength.</p>
<p>The best ab exercise to prepare you for the Parallel Bar Knee Raise is the progressive reverse crunch.  Simply begin in a horizontal position and increase the angle of inclination as your abs become stronger, until you are able to properly perform the parallel bar knee raise.</p>
<p>Work hard, expect results and go get your six pack abs!</p>

<p>If you have recently bought a trampoline, you are probably just urging to set it up and have fun with it. However there are many things that needed to be taken into account for you to set up the trampoline correctly and safely. Once youave got everything out of the box, make sure that all the parts and instructions are available before attempting to put anything together.</p>
<p>Set the trampoline up in the space where it will stay.  They are a pain to move. This is especially true for large trampolines, which may be quite difficult to move when fully assembled. Find the trampoline legs. These are usually short pieces bent at a 90 degree angle. You can set the legs in a big group to the side.</p>
<p>Look for several long pieces with holes on the ends. These pieces will most likely be curved. The amount included with your trampoline will vary, depending on its size, but there are usually around six to eight pieces inside a large trampoline box.</p>
<p>Once you have the pile of legs and the pile of pieces that you just found then you can begin coupling the pieces. One leg with one curved piece will be paired. After this is complete you should begin assembling the two pieces which will eventually form the frame of the trampoline. It is important to build the frame correctly since it is the foundation of the trampoline. Hearing the pieces snap together will ensure a strong frame.</p>
<p>Enlist the help of several people with strong muscles to help you put on the springs and stretch it over the net. The best way to tackle this is by attaching one spring at a time and pulling the net over it immediately afterward. Iam sure a springfree trampoline is made, but I am not aware of any company that makes or sells them.</p>
<p>If you have the unfortunate task of being forced to set up the trampoline on sloping or lumpy ground, extra care should be used when constructing the trampoline. It is really not recommended at all for the trampoline to be used on uneven ground, but if you tend to go against the rules anyway, be sure to be observant of your surroundings.</p>
<p>How do I set up a trampoline on uneven ground?  Look around be safe.  You can use boards to support the legs of the trampoline.  Or heavy blocks or bricks even.  But be sure to keep safety in mind, or someone just may get hurt.  Or you can shorten the legs.</p>
<p>Placing a trampoline on uneven ground can be tricky especially when keeping it safe. You could dig holes where the legs would be and place the trampoline in the holes. After you put the legs on the holes then you could fill the holes back up with dirt or better yet concrete. If you never plan on moving the trampoline then concrete may be the sturdiest way to go.</p>
<p>Once it is completed and constructed safely, the trampoline can be used for a lot of fun and great memories. You can have parties on the trampoline with your friends and family and see who can do better jumps and flips. A workout routine can also be made up for you to say healthy, for example try jump rope on the trampoline.</p>

<p>Yes, I know exercise is not the an exciting subject to talk about. But it will help you reduce stress, which will improve your sense of well being and lead to a more enjoyable life. If you have avoided exercising, just getting started  is the most difficult part. </p>
<p>Reducing stress is an excellent reason to get started. Think about how many times you&#8217;ve heard someone say about an ailment, &#8220;oh, it&#8217;s just stress related&#8221;. People try to to laugh it off, but the truth of the matter is, too much stress can lead to sickness and even disease. Starting an exercise program to reduce stress levels should be one of your top priorities.</p>
<p>Exercise will help strengthen your immune system and bring your stress level down. Even simple activities like stretching, walking, jogging or hiking will strengthen your heart, lungs and muscles and increase your endurance. </p>
<p>Walking may be the best exercise choice for most people. No equipment or membership is necessary and you can do it almost anywhere. Walking can be a very enjoyable activity, especially if you recruit a partner and go out for a walk with the intention of enjoying each others company. Walking with a friend will make the activity something you&#8217;ll look forward to.</p>
<p>Increase the intensity of your walks to enhance the health benefits. Walk a little faster and increase the distance each week. Walking is the best activity for your health if you do it the right way. So make sure you push yourself and maintain your target heart rate for at least 20 minutes. If you don&#8217;t have a clue what your target heart rate is, you can easily find out online. Purchase a heart rate monitor if you don&#8217;t have already own one. </p>
<p>Before you start your walk, you should do some simple stretches so you loosen up any tight muscles, especially in your legs, but also in your shoulders neck and back. Stretching will get the blood pumping and help you to avoid injury.</p>
<p>You could get involved in a variety of activities to help reduce stress. But walking is simple, exhilarating, and it doesn&#8217;t cost you a cent. It&#8217;s one of the few activities that allows you to get your workout done very quickly, and that&#8217;s important if you have a busy schedule. You can stretch and walk, in about 30 minutes. I think you would agree that you can find a 1/2 hour each day for an activity that will make you happier and healthier. </p>
<p>Even if you go for shorter walks occasionally, the combination of exercise and social interaction will dramatically reduce stress in your life. So get a good pair of comfortable shoes and a heart rate monitor, and start walking regularly. It will not only reduce stress, it will make you feel great.</p>

<p>Does it really have to be so difficult to find some good ab workouts? There is so much to choose from, so how will you know what is good? Let me give you some pointers to keep in mind when working your abs, and some great ab workouts.  </p>
<p> 1. To make sure an ab exercise is effective you need to make sure that you feels your muscles working, either pushing or pulling. If you can&#8217;t feel anything, it&#8217;s highly unlikely that the exercise is effective.   </p>
<p> 2. Don&#8217;t just do. Concentrate on what you are doing, to make sure you are using your abs. If you are pulling with your arms or legs, or using the momentum of the exercise, the exercise will be much less effective.   </p>
<p> 3. Get off from the floor. By using an exercise ball when doing your ab workouts you will strengthen your core, and not just one specific muscle. Your body will use more muscles to help you keep your balance, and prevent you from falling on the floor.  </p>
<p> 4. Some good ab workouts you can try are:  </p>
<p> Toe Raises are a great ab exercise. Lie on the floor. Hands on your hips or by your sides. Lift you your legs up, pointing your toes towards the sky, and lower slowly. This is one repetition. Repeat 15 times.   </p>
<p> V-Sit. Lie on the floor, hands by your sides. Create a V with your body, by lifting your legs and torso towards each other. If you are doing it right, only your buttocks should be touching the floor. Slowly lower. This is one repetition. Repeat 10 times. If you can&#8217;t do the whole exercise, do as much as you can.   </p>
<p> 5. Most important of all is your Diet. It&#8217;s the food you have been eating that has made the body you have today. Give your body what it wants and needs ? whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats. Always remember to drink a lot of water.   </p>
<p> 6. Make sure your workout is balanced. So if you are working your abs, remember to do your back muscles as well. This will help you get the best result, and not plateau in your training.   </p>
<p> 7. If you want a nice, toned six pack, or just a really flat stomach, you need to lower your body fat percentage. The best way to do this is to have a good aerobic program worked into your exercise routine.   </p>
