BE DYNAMIC THROUGH SPEED READING is an amazing course that you teach to yourself. It comes with audios, software, and course manuals to teach you to build reading speed, comprehension, concentration and focus. And also stimulate long-term memory.

Another factor is photographic or tape-recorder memories. You have the potential to remember everything you have ever seen or heard, even if you weren’t paying attention to what was said. Your brain/mind, like a computer, stores all memories.

As you start to learn the various methods used in the BE DYNAMIC THROUGH SPEED READING, you’ll notice learning skills improving quickly! It is techniques repeated over and over, with visualization and various other added methods that will help you achieve the results you desire and be the best you can possibly be.

You’ll become a better student, employee, communicator, and decision maker in your life. And only one of your benefits will be that you will cut reading time on reports, memos, correspondence, newspapers, novels, non-fiction, magazine, etc. You will save time, and more time to enjoy life.

Writers get paid by the word in articles and by % of gross sales (royalties) in book publishing; usually the thicker the book the higher the price and the higher the royalty. Writers are unnecessary verbose. What this means is there are many words within sentences that are just there as fillers; what you have to learn to do, through the Be Dynamic Through Speed Reading program, is only read the words that are essential.

Dr. Jay Palmar created the “Be Dynamic Through Speed Reading” program to share these valuable tools with students to help them get the most out of their reading experience.

Its hard to admit, but the biggest obstacle we have with change is ourselves. We set up roadblocks and resistance to letting go of things that no longer serve us or cling tightly to past behaviors and mindsets because we are scared to let go. Embracing change requires something more than going through the motions.

It requires us to get out of our own way and let things happen. This process is by no means easy. A new habit is often uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. Thinking differently requires more mental effort than we are used to setting forth. Most of our thoughts and actions are on auto-pilot. We cycle through the same basic day over and over again.

We get up, eat breakfast, go to work, drive home, eat dinner, watch a little t.v. and then hop into bed and do it again the next day. If we are not careful, months and years slip through our fingers and we never really change anything in our lives. Real change requires us to look at our habits: both thought-habits and action-habits one by one.

We need to pick out habits that are not really doing anything to advance our lives and change them. Watching hours of t.v. is a a great example. All that time could be spent on learning new skills, taking a class or working on a business idea. While everyone watches some t.v. to decompress, this habit can quickly suck up a lot of time that can be put to better use.

I am sure you have heard that it takes 30 days to form a new habit. The key to forming a new habit is to make room for it in your life. If you want to spend more time at the gym you have to clear some time in your schedule and set up no fail systems to see that new habit through. A no fail system would be to leave something you need everyday at the gym so that you have to go there to pick it up the next day. Maybe a work project or your cell phone. No matter what you will drive back to the gym to get it. Hopefully, while youre there you will get in a workout.

Most of the problems with new habits comes in when we try to fight back against change because we are uncomfortable with it. Our minds and bodies like the old routine. It feels unnatural to do new actions or think new thoughts. This uncomfortable feeling goes away after time. Each day you exercise the new habit is a point in that category. It becomes stronger and the pull of the new action calls to you to continue it.

You have to let yourself feel the uncomfortable feelings and go through the process of change. To really make things happen you need to get to the point where you kind of like that uncomfortable feeling and you embrace it. That feeling lets you know that you are on to something and that your goal is on its way. Without that tiny bit or fear or discomfort you know that you are not pushing yourself and you are merely going through the motions of life. This is where getting out of your own way comes in. You will try to push back against that bad feeling instead of letting yourself experience it.

You will claim that you are just too tired, or its not really that important anyway and any number of additional excuses, just so that you do not have to go through the discomfort of a new habit. Stop fighting the new habit and just let it happen. Give yourself a command and follow it. Change one habit at a time and then pick another. No one thinks you have to be perfect but you. If you let go of perfection it makes life so much easier.

The human mind is an extraordinarily force that we only use a very small portion of. In this book, “Speed Reading in only One Hour” I will demonstrate how to tap some of that unused power and use it for your own success in high school, college, and life.

Your brain can understand from 10,000 to 50,000 bits of data per minute; one bit equates to one word. Although this information comes from old statistics (1980’s),. based on recently developed speed reading technology, and strides in various types of learning technology, you can achieve phenomenal reading speeds.

The average high school graduate, when tested, reads about 250 words per minute. The college student reads at about 300 words per minute. But, no matter what your beginning reading speed, don’t worry, it is only the beginning. Imagine what an advantage you will have to be able to read over 100% faster than you had before; the possibilities are limitless.

Humans receive information through five physical senses, (touching, tasting, hearing, smelling, and seeing) and through those we make decisions. Actually, we make choices and judgments from factors that the physical senses bring into play. The five physical senses (sight, smell, hearing, taste, touch) are preprogrammed for automatic reaction.

We learn in various ways, beyond the physical senses, through other forms of thought. Much of human thinking is conscious in nature. Senses, however, are totally automatic. An example of might be: when a hungry teenager smells pizza, he or she might start tasting in and even salivating. What’s taking place is that the sense of smell has automatically brought up a thought, “PIZZA”, to the brain and mind. The thought might be unconscious.

Sensing food is a physical sensation of your sense smell. It is a mental sensation (unconsciously or consciously) through thinking. And finally, there tends to be a physical sensation by eating, swallowing, and smiling. To summarize the PIZZA experience: Brain and mind is where the “action” is — and your body is where the “reaction” is.

Your brain and the mind has awesome untapped potential; I’ll teach you how to tap into that potential by using the course Speed Reading in One Hour, available at speedread.org . I’ll show you how you can be a total success in your college life and beyond.

by Maurice Taitt

We’ve all heard the saying, “Ignorance is bliss.” Yet, is it really? And even if we can have it, is it really worth it? In fact, even though “ignorance” can be “bliss,” it may be pretty expensive for us, in many ways. Why?

It’s probably not news to you that life is not always fair.

Several years ago, I got a traffic ticket because a new law had gone into effect a few months earlier. The police officer that gave me the ticket didn’t care that I didn’t know about the new law. To him, that wasn’t relevant at all. Why? Because there’s also the well-known fact that just because you might not know about a law, it doesn’t mean you’re not responsible for it. In that case, ignorance is definitely NOT bliss. In fact, it can be pretty expensive and stressful!

Now common sense would dictate that you should try to keep up with developments in the world around you. However, as I see it, it appears that people are actually being discouraged from thinking for themselves; sometimes passively, sometimes actively.

There are media outlets which rather than reporting the news, try to manufacture it when possible. And as (if nothing else may have tipped you off before) seen from the current turmoil in the housing and credit sectors, our captains of industry, financial institutions and even our elected officials cannot always be counted on to tell us like it is. Not that we are told outright lies; it is far more common to be misled with half truths, crafted to lead us to a certain conclusion - this conclusion may or may not be accurate, it’s aim is to get us to go along with the person feeding us this misinformation.

If you want to see the dearth of independent thought in action, you have to go no further than to any large corporation or government entity. A case in point: I recently requested some documentation from an unnamed company, only to be told that “company policy” was not to provide this documentation. My request to have the reason for this policy explained was met with a look that said it all - not only did they not know why the policy was in place, they did not even care to know why.

So, then, is ignorance really bliss? Maybe, but maybe not, especially if it can cost you very dearly. In some cases, ignorance can kill, literally. There have been many cases of people taking otherwise perfectly safe legal prescription drugs when taken individually, but that were deadly when taken in combination with each other. One example of this kind of oversight is that several years ago I had a course of treatment with a certain drug. One of the side effects of this drug, to my dread, was the possibility of getting leukemia. In this case, the cure for my ills was definitely worse than the illness itself was. I therefore refused to take that particular drug.

Even now, there are areas of “blissful ignorance” that are costing you, you just have not yet discovered them yet. Resolve now to develop an attitude of research and discovery for yourself. Ignorance may be blissful but it could cost you dearly.

So… you have set the goal and started the process of achieving what you want. You work towards the goal, think about the goal and are really excited. Then something happens. You loose steam, you get busy and the excitement that you had while you were working towards your goal fades and another project gets stuck back up on the shelf. Waiting for completion and just outside of your grasp.

These projects and goals that you shove to the side have an impact on your mind. They are promises that you made to yourself that you have broken. Inside there is an overdrawn debit account for every project that you did not complete. The internal stress from this debit account wears on you if you cannot put it back into alignment.

Getting Back Into Integrity

One of the ways that you start to live in integrity with your goals is to figure out what you really want in life. Many times you start a goal and never finish it because its something that you dont really want. Maybe some of the goals you have been setting have been for other people and not you. You will never make real progress until you have clearly defined goals that you actually want. Think about each of the projects that you have tabled or not completed and evaluate whether you want that for yourself or whether you were just going through the motions for another person.

Once you have that done list out the five main areas of your life: wealth, health, family relationships, love relationships and your form of spirituality. Write down what you want in each area of your life and be specific.

Do A Daily Check-Up

Each morning when you wake-up read your goals. Plan out what you will do each day based on the five categories of your life. Make sure that you devote at least five minutes every day to each of the five areas. At the end of the day go back over your list and ask yourself if you lived true to your goals during the day.

Living in integrity with your goals means that you take steps each day to move towards them. You align yourself in terms of your habits and your thoughts so that you are helping move yourself closer to your goals. If you merely sit around and dream without taking action you are out of integrity.

If you or someone you know has a drug or alcohol problem, then possibly a stay at chemical dependency treatment center is needed. Many people’s lives have become totally unmanageable due to addictions to drugs and alcohol. The phrase ’sick and tired of being sick and tired’ is very true; people that seek treatment on their own advice, do so because they are completely sick and tired of the whole thing. Others simply never make it to this point.

They may feel that way at times when they are at rock bottom, but soon forget once they are high again. Eventually these people may end up in chemical dependency treatment centers due to a court order, losing their job, or family intervention. Addictions are very costly to the individual in many ways, personally, emotionally, physically, financially, and professionally.

Chemical dependency is ubiquitous and so are the chemical dependency treatment centers in the United States. So do the excellent staff at these centers change human nature in some way in order to help people reduce or eliminate their dependency? Actually no, the centers aim to change the behavior of the patients. It is called ‘cognitive behavior therapy’ and involves lots of small adjustments to lifestyle.

Chemical dependency treatment is offered in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, day treatment programs, acute inpatient settings, or residential facilities. There are many online resources available also, hosted by various chemical dependency treatment centers, that describe what their programs are all about. At this point, if you are checking into chemical dependency treatment centers, you know you have a problem. Good for you! You are taking a huge initial step toward recovery.

Chemical dependency treatment centers make the patient the focus of everything they do. As well as specializing in particular substances many center work exclusively with particular client groups. Some work only with adolescents or with women. Still others focus on particular addictions such as cocaine, alcohol or methamphetamine. Two things are common to all chemical dependency treatment centers firstly all of them are staffed by licensed professionals and secondly all of them aim to change behavior in the context of, either individual, group or even family therapies.

This book promises a lot, and if you’re like me, you’re probably starting out feeling skeptical about its ability to deliver. After all, T. Harv Eker says that with five minutes, he can predict a person’s lifetime financial future! However, closer examination of the book and what it has to offer could make a big difference.

That’s because all of us have ingrained attitudes about success and money that are either letting us go forward or holding us back. That’s the most important thing we can learn from Secrets of the Millionaire Mind. All of us have, at some point or another, picked up a personal money blueprint that tells us how to act when it comes to money.

This means that even with the knowledge I have about stocks, finances, sales, marketing and real estate, without the right money blueprint, I’ll have a lot more trouble succeeding. The good news is that every one of us can change our internal money blueprint to one that can make us a lot more successful. That’s what Secrets of the Millionaire Mind can do for us - teach us to fix our blueprints.

We’ve all been programmed to either be poor or rich, and most of us have the programming that makes us poor. On the other hand, I recently managed to make a big change in how I think about money, and you can, too. If you want to be a millionaire, you first have to think like one.

This book will spend a lot of time talking about the financial blueprint and telling us what we think about money and why we think this way. However, the metaphor of the blueprint isn’t allowed to obscure the truth of the message. By ourselves, it’s hard to see what’s holding us back from success, which is why checking out Secrets of the Millionaire Mind can help.

The process might seem long and slow, but changes are actually going on each time we open up the book. Results start happening right away, even if the journey to success takes a little longer. This is million dollar advice, but thankfully, it doesn’t cost that much.

Should you check out Secrets of the Millionaire Mind and see what it can do for you? That depends - there are probably some people out there who shouldn’t read this book. Anyone who’s not willing to deal with the discomfort of having their mind changed and thinking about money in a whole new way should definitely steer clear; after all, it takes some dedication to learn a new way of thinking.

If you have the determination to succeed, however, this book really is for you. You won’t spend your time going through lots of positive affirmation, and some of the things you’ll learn might actually be fairly uncomfortable. However, you’ll know that they’re true as soon as you hear them.

If I could change my mind about finances, so can you, and Secrets of the Millionaire Mind might be the perfect way for you to do it. See what this book can offer, and start on your road to success.

Asara Lovejoy has created an amazing technique to achieve what you want out of life without struggle.

Asara’s quote might sound like the very last thing you want to hear about your life and making it everything you want it to be. But remember the popular quote from Einstein, “The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over, and expecting things to change.”

When in the theta brain wave, we are connected with our greater capacity, the natural intelligence that allows us to create our new life. In theta we are able to change the information in our DNA, releasing our old negative thoughts and beliefs and winding in the new beliefs in our abilities, worthiness and the fulfillment of our desires.

There are so many ideas that we have about cash, savings, and financial independence, and most of those levels have to do with scarcity and difficulty and pain. With The One Command, we are free to create all we truly want easily and freely.

Stop the way you view the world, take yourself to the theta brain state, state your Command and change your world. Start your new life, now.

Candace Pert’s breakthrough reseach has taught us that we can close our receptors to pain and open our receptors to joy and abundance. The One Command gives us a simple technique everyone can learn to do this without struggle.

How about changing your world view, changing your DNA, changing your mind? Put yourself in a place of peace. Stop your old way of negative and fearful thinking, take yourself to theta, state what you desire, and send it out into the world and watch it show up.

You’ve heard people say to change your thinking and change your life. That is exactly what you can do with The One Command. Just read the bestselling book by the same name, written by Asara Lovejoy. It is a guideline for a brand-new life!

You can live big. All it takes is the decision to go for it and the commitment to allow in your good. It is simple, and it is easy, if you use the techniques in the best-selling book The One Command by Asara Lovejoy, an Amazon # 1 bestseller.

When it comes time to really start taking a good look at your life and begin to think about dropping a few pounds. You may want to really think things through as to how you want to go about achieving your weight loss goals so that you are not only dropping weight but you are staying healthy as well. Your typical weight loss diet that you see advertised on the television are the ones that you must certainly want to avoid. You want to make sure that your thoughts and your actions as healthy so that your results can last a lifetime.

Before going through any forms of extreme diet programs consider the fact that you will most probably not follow this weight loss diet for the rest of your life. As soon as you come off it, you will see your weight increase again and most of the time you will weight heavier than before the diet. This yo-yo dieting is discouraging and can cause a lot of harm to your body and your confidence.

How To Get Started

For the most part quick dieting as a way of weight loss is not a good idea but there are a few instances when it could be used. If someone truly has no time then they need a quick diet like if they are due for heart surgery but are a little overweight. The doctor might recommend a quick weight loss diet so that they can lose the few necessary pounds before the doctors operate.

Once you have your healthy weight loss plans so it is time to start some exercises to lose weight. When it comes to the exercise portion, it is important to remember that you should start slow and as time moves on, you can add more and more time to your workouts. Trying to do too much in the beginning can actually cause injury and even make you want to stop all together. There is nothing worse then getting in over your head so for your weight loss to work out in the end, you have to take it slow and gradually increase your workouts. You will be surprised at how well you will do with your weight loss once you really get going.

When we are operating our vehicles, a lot of us watch the road directly in front. We’ve got this crazy habit of watching the vehicle in front, and checking out the ones to our side, every so often. We may even check over our shoulder to switch lanes, but we always go back to looking right ahead.

This is absolutely crazy, isn’t it? Why don’t we just take our eyes of the road and look off to the side if we already know where it is that we want to go?

Because we’d end up crashing our car.

So, THAT’S the crazy way of doing things.

So, if that is so nutty, why do we “drive” like that in our business, and in most other parts of our lives?

Why do we convince ourselves that we’ll be able to drive to a goal while looking at (focusing on) everything but our goal? Doesn’t that sound a little silly?

When you are looking to your left or right, you are directing yourself in that direction without even realizing it. You start turning towards that telephone pole up ahead, and once you start panicking on not hitting that telephone pole, by only focusing ON that telephone pole, guess what happens?

The problem is all you can see is the telephone pole. You are focused on it, and you can only see the problem, not a solution. Inevitably, you will hit the telephone pole, because that’s what you had your sights set on.

Sometimes, you’re not even that lucky. Sometimes, you just swerve slowly until you end up lost in the middle of nowhere, with no direction, and no gas, asking yourself how this happened.

This lack of focus can, and will, get you nowhere fast, and I’m pretty sure that’s not where you wanted to go.

Check out our site now, and we’ll give you our guide to help you get to your destination without the risk of crashing.

Until next time. Continue taking the Red Pill, and check us out in the morning.
